Yes, for all services over £100 you can spread the cost across 3 monthly installments.

Can I Pay Over The Phone?

Yes, we can secure your booking and take payments over the phone. This is our fastest booking option for those last minute moves.

Can I Pay Cash?

No, we dont accept cash on the door as a method of payment

Can I Pay By Card?

Yes, our online checkout system supports most debit & credit cards.

How Do I Pay Per Hour?

Our relocation specialtists will provide you with a time sheet to sign at the beginning and conclusion of your move. To validate the accuracy of the job time.

Work Practices

What Insurance Packages Do You Offer?

We offer goods in transit insurance for your items. This is optional at £5000 increments depending on the value of your items

What Is An Onsite Survey?

Depending on the scale and complexity of the move we will conduct an on site survey so that we can provide you with an exact all inclusive quote.

Can I Travel In The Van?

Yes, however this depends the the size of the crew sent out to you. There are 3 seats in the van so should you request either a driver or 2 man crew you are more than welcome to take the third seat.

Can You Disconnect My Appliances?

Yes, we can disconnect washing machines, dishwashers, tumble driers etc. However we cant disconnect any gas appliances.

What about packing materials?

We deliver packing materials prior to your move date or on the day of your move. You only pay for what you use and the amount is billed upon job completion.

Availability

How Do I Reserve A Date?

Reservations are made following the payment of the booking fee. You can also call us to book over the phone. After you make your reservation you’ll be sent a confirmation email.

What If I Need To Cancel My Move?

You can cancel your move anytime by contacting one of The My Move Team, depending on the cancellation additional fees may apply.

What If I Need To Change My Move Date?

You can change your move date at any time, additional charges may apply.

Do You Work Sundays And Bank Holidays?

Yes, we work around the clock to meet the requirements our clients.

Do You Work Outside Of Office Hours?

Yes, we work 24/7 to meet deadlines, whether it be early mornings or through the night.

What If My Items Need To Go Upstairs or Downstairs?

Yes, we can bring your items up and down as many flights as required, however there may be an additionial charge for this.

What If My Items Are Too Big To Get Out?

We have specialist furniture technicians who can dismantle and reassemble your items before and after transport.

Who Is Responsible For Parking Tickets?

Although we will make best efforts to avoid any traffic infringements, arranging parking (and responsibility for any penalty notices) is your responsibility, not ours.

How Do I Suspend A Parking Bay?

All the necessary information should be available to you on your local council website.

How Do I Make Payment Of Traffic Penalty Notices?

We will notify you of any traffic penalty notices within a 28 day period after your move. We will invoice you accordingly to recover the penalty costs providing you with the infringement details for your records.
